Thank you for taking the time to visit the Project Grad site. The goal of the Project Grad committee is to make the final night of our seniors’ year a memorable one, while maintaining safety.
For those of you not familiar with Project Graduation, it was born out of tragedy. Almost 40 years ago in Maine, 18 teens perished during the graduation season due to alcohol related accidents. As a result, the community came together to find an alternative for celebrations on graduation night. Project Graduation is a parent led initiative that focuses on a fun filled evening that vary from High School to High School.
For 25 years, MMU parents and community members have sponsored a Project Grad event and we want to keep this tradition alive! The planning for the 2019 Project Grad is underway and details will be available soon.
In order to finance the event we need to ask for donations and or do fundraising. The committee will be mailing a direct donation letter to each family soon and we hope that each family will be willing to support this great evening in some way shape or form.
