New for 2023-24 School Year

We have upgraded our lunch system software to include dietary information* on our school lunch menus. This upgrade brings a new online portal for payment processing. You will need to register in this new portal.

After completing the registration process, you can easily add students to your account by filling out the add student dropdown menu on the dashboard's right-hand side. This portal will also allow you to see your student's purchase/lunch history.

You will need to have the student ID to link a student to the account. If you do not know your student's id, please contact at [email protected] and she will be able to provide this information. Once you've connected your students successfully, you can add funds to their individual accounts.

Please note there is a $2.60 service fee per transaction. To avoid this, you can pay via cash or check at your student's respective school.

It's important to note that all student meals are now free of charge. However, it's still necessary for eligible families to complete the free and reduced meal application. This enables us to claim reimbursements from federal and state funds. You can access both paper and online application forms on this page.

*Please note that nutritional information is subject to change as product availability and vendors fluctuate.

New School Cuisine

MMUUSD chefs and managers participated in writing State wide school food service cookbook: New School Cuisine: Nutritional and Seasonal Recipes for School Cooks by School Cooks.

Over last year, 3 of our chef/managers came together with 12 other school chefs around Vermont to write, test and retest new school recipes that meet the new USDA dietary guidelines. This book will be sent to every school in Vermont and to every Child Nutrition Program in every state. Last night at NECI was kick off for the new book.
