The Student Action Committee is a group of students working together to change our local and worldwide communities for the better. We work on different issues of student interest, including but not limited to issues of gender, consent, climate change, food insecurity, and domestic violence. Our goal is to raise awareness for these issues, and to create and implement practical solutions to help make our world a better place.

In the 2023-24 school year, we opened a Food Pantry for those in the MMU community who may be experiencing food insecurity. It is located in the back of the Library; feel free to come grab items to eat at school or take home. You can also order anonymously and pick up a bag of items of your choosing. Follow the instructions on this form to order.

If you'd like to donate to the Food Pantry, there are boxes in the main lobby and the library where you may place non-perishable food items. To make a monetary donation via check or Venmo, contact Fran Donato.
