Community Service: Our team participates in several community outreach opportunities. We host a youth clinic for the mmybl players in early fall and participate in a summer team building/fundraising event for type one diabetes organized by SLAMT1D. We also have varsity players act as coaches and mentors for area youth for our annual February break Winter Hoops 101 camp. Players also donate time to help with coaches clinics, officiating youth games, and sometimes going to youth level practices to work with kids.
Letter Policy: Any athlete who finishes the season in good standing is deserving of a letter. Every player has a specific role on the team, and that role is not necessarily defined through playing time or on-court achievement. We value every player's role regardless of playing time.
