Student/Parent Online Community Resources

Parents and teens are frequently looking for information and resources on a variety of issues that young people may experience. In response, we developed and continue to update resource lists that include online articles, book recommendations, and community providers. To access these resource lists, please click on the links.

For more information, please contact your student’s School Counselor or MMU’s Student Assistance Program Counselor, Sara Mabley: 802-858-1636 or [email protected].

For the 2023-2024 school year, Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District is again providing a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to access individualized support and consultation focused on caregiving for adolescents during these complex times. MMUUSD parents and caregivers are invited to reach out to Sam Riden, LCMHC, to discuss adolescent health and wellness, ask questions, enhance developmentally-matched parenting skills and strategies, learn about community resources, or just have a space to share. All are encouraged to access this resource that is free to MMUUSD parents and caregivers! For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact: Sam Riden, LCMHC (she/her) 802-556-4380 (cell) counseling@samriden.com
