Astronomy Club

Anton Kelsey
Club Advisor

The Astronomy Club meets for stargazing, astrophotography, and other celestial events generally in the evenings under clear and dark skies. The Club has access to a multitude of telescopes that we use to view the moon, planets, and deep space objects. If you like to go outside and look up, to ponder your place in the universe, or simply to enjoy some evening fresh air while viewing billions of stars, consider joining us. This club does not have specific meetings. Club leaders and Mr. Kelsey decide when to hold evening star parties, and anyone who is on the club list can attend. Communication of these sessions is generally via the Schoology Astronomy Club group.

For those who have special interests, more meetings and school time can be used to further those interests. So if you are interested in imaging deep space objects, or time lapse photography, join the club and we will find time to make it happen.
