Parent-led group providing activities and events that encourage the efforts of all MMU students and appreciation of the MMU staff.

All are welcome!

**Academic Booster meetings are held the
first Wednesday of the month, 7-8PM, except where noted.**

Academic Boosters Activities

Every academic year, we provide activities and events that encourage the scholastic
efforts of all MMU students and appreciation of the MMU staff.

Examples of events include:

Freshman Breakfast
Ice Cream Celebration
Notes of Encouragement (and snacks)
Honor Roll Rewards
Recognition Night
Staff Appreciation Lunch
Staff Appreciation Breakfast
Incentive Grants for students and staff
Purchase items for the school (i.e.panini maker, microwave)

Academic Boosters Incentive Grants

The Mount Mansfield Union High School Academic Boosters Committee is pleased to be able to provide Incentive Grants to be used during the school year for an amount not to exceed $500 per grant. These Incentive Grants are to be used to assist in the development of enhanced student learning. Grants requesting items that are included as part of the regular budget process, such as basic school supplies or salaries, will not be considered.

We are excited to provide this opportunity to the staff and students at MMU.

Eligibility: Any faculty member or student at MMU may apply for these grants.

Application: The grant application can be found HERE. Grant applications should provide a budget, a narrative describing the project with attention on how the grant will enhance academic excellence at MMU, and how success of the project will be evaluated. Grant applications can be submitted anytime, during the academic school year, to Academic Boosters by emailing [email protected]

Time Frame: The applications will be reviewed at the next Academic Boosters meeting after they are received (The first Wednesday of every school year month). Grant funds will be available immediately after a positive decision is made.

In 2021, we sold almost 350 dinners and made over $3,000 all due to the generosity of our amazing community.
